Score began producing sports cards in 1988 when they released their first baseball set. The very next year, 1989, they jumped into the football card market and released the most collectible football set of the decade; 1989 Score which includes the Rookie card of Troy Aikman and Barry Sanders, along with a few other soon to be Hall of Famer's.

Score is also responsible for producing the most popular and sought after Emmitt Smith Rookie card, the 1990 Score Supplemental card# 101T.

Today Score produces only the main brand Score along with the every popular parallel cards of Scorecard and FinalScore and the inserts.
