Rayfield Wright was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the seventh round of the 1967 NFL Draft. After he switched from tight end to offensive line, he began to excel and became one of the top linemen in the game. His Rookie card appears in the scarce 3rd series of the 1972 Topps regular football card set. The 1972 Topps Rayfield Wright rookie card in raw lower conditions can be found for less than $20 but high graded versions can run in the hundreds. Most of these cards have centering issues which makes high graded, well centered versions rare and quite valuable.
