Jason Witten TE Cowboys
Jason Witten was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 3rd round (69th overall) of the 2003 NFL Draft. Jason was considered one of the best pass catching tight ends coming out of college in 2003. Jason immediately stepped into the Cowboys lineup as a rookie, playing mostly on passing downs, Jason had 35 catches his rookie season. In his 2nd season, Jason become the 1st Dallas Cowboy tight end to go the Pro Bowl since Jay Novacek by catching a team high and team record for tight ends, 87 passes. In only two seasons Jason has become one of the perennial tight ends in the game and should be a staple in the Cowboys offense for many years to come!
