Patrick Crayton, WR from NW Oklahoma State University, was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 7th round of the 2004 NFL Draft. Patrick played in only 8 games in 2004 but his 1 touchdown reception came in the last game and the last play of the season when he hauled in a last second 35 yard touchdown pass from Vinny Testaverde to help the Cowboys beat their arch rival Washington Redskins. Patrick appeared an the verge of stardom during his sophomore season with 20 catches, 300 yards and 2 touchdowns in the first 6 games of the year before an injury sidelined him for the next 7 games. He did return in the final game of 2005 to catch 3 balls for 45 yards. After the 2009 season, Crayton was traded to the San Diego Chargers. Crayton was injured after only 9 games. He finished the 2010 season with 28 catches for 514 yards and 1 touchdown.
