Tony Romo, QB from Eastern Illinois University, was an undrafted Free agent in 2003. He signed with the Dallas Cowboys and spent his entire Rookie season in Dallas as the Cowboys 3rd string QB. He moved up the ranks in 2005 to become the Cowboys backup QB behind starter, Drew Bledsoe. Tony Romo became the Cowboys starter mid-way through the 2006 season and immediatley showed sings of being a star in the NFL. He led the Cowboys to the 2006 NFL Playoffs and was named to the NFC Pro Bowl squad. Romo-mania had begun. Romo backed up his 2006 performance with a record setting season in 2007. Tony Led the Cowboys to a franchise record 13-3 record and along the way broke the Cowboys season TD Passing mark by tossing 36 TDs. He led the Cowboys to their 2nd straight playoff appearance but an early exit in the 2nd round left many Cowboy fans disspointed. Hope are still very high in Dallas that Tony Romo can lead the Dallas Cowboys back to the top of the heap and a Super Bowl Championship.
